I got a chance to work with multiple organizations from Startups to Fortune 500 Companies in US, UK and India and throughout my career; I’ve observed that there are basically three types of companies
There are Start-Ups, Mid-Level and Large Companies in all the above 3 categories of companies which can have similar funding, resources and products/service etc. The difference is not in having the resources or funding etc but how we manage them and take data driven decisions, at right time.
For example, “Not getting Sales is NOT the PROBLEM, IT is a SYMPTOM”. So, if we want to get Sales, we have to work on Actual Problem (which could be a Product/ Process/ Team/ Market or whatever) and if the right problem is identified & addressed, Sales can be automatically achieved. If we start working on Symptoms, we go nowhere and this is a big problem.
